MANAGEMENT
Program Director
Lynwood Brown
Oversees all daily operations, overseeing and supervision of all staff, community resources and social services to person centered individuals. Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, referrals sources; responding to home provider, regional center and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) request. Experienced in Working with Adults with developmental disabilities.
Employment Services
Rashadom Masiyah
Provides employment services and community engagement that includes but does not limit to job readiness and specific training and teaching methods related to employment to person centered individuals as required by DDS. Complies with program procedures including timely submission of documentation, adherence to employment and service plans of care. Facilitation and organization of employment education activities and services to person centered individual.
